We are delighted to announce that effective January 1, 1999 the firm of Regan & Associates merged with The Fraser Financial Group Ltd. We will be operating under the names of The Fraser Financial Group Ltd. and Partners in Planning Financial Services Ltd.

Regan & Associates is a Vernon-based firm which has been serving clients throughout British Columbia for over 17 years.

Keray Regan, president of Regan & Associates, is a registered mutual fund representative as well as a branch manager for Partners in Planning. Keray has a business administration diploma and many years of banking experience.

Gary Huston, CA, CFP, president of The Fraser Financial Group Ltd., is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.

Both offices have a strong administrative support staff-each of whom is individually committed to maintaining the same exceptional level of service you have come to expect and enjoy. We are confident that the skills and experience of these two gentlemen and their administrative staff will complement one another well.

The Vernon office of The Fraser Financial Group Ltd. has moved into the current Regan & Associates location at 3301 Coldstream Avenue (across from Fisher's Hardware, in downtown Vernon).

In conjunction with the merger, we will be moving our mutual fund licensing arrangements from CMG-Worldsource Financial Services Inc. to Partners in Planning Financial Services Ltd. This decision was made after careful consideration of the benefits and consequences to each of you.
